Experience the grandeur and hospitality of Newfoundland with Feather and Finn, including complimentary breakfasts, sunset hikes, mug ups, and cool rooms with comfy beds and private bathrooms.
Terri and Pat are native Newfoundlanders who spent 30+ years living and working in Alberta, raising and enjoying their three daughters and two grand daughters. While they are proud of their successes in Alberta and travels all over the world, their hearts always longed to move back home to their roots in Newfoundland..
Terri and Pat grew up cooking and eating traditional Newfoundland meals with family, entertaining guests, and escaping on nature adventures. In January 2022, they took a leap of faith, to get out of stressful city life and unfulfilling jobs, and bought a former Bed and Breakfast on the Eastport Peninsula, to share their true passions of cooking and entertaining, getting back to their childhood roots of feeding the body and nourishing the soul with healthy traditional cooking and long outdoor adventures in rural Newfoundland.
In May 2022, Feather and Finn Bed and Breakfast Inn was born to pay tribute to the whales and birds of natural Newfoundlabe. After a humble first season beginning, Terri and Pat are making a big splash on the Eastport Peninsula as SUPER HOSTS who connect with guests and make them feel like an extended part of their family.
Terri is originally from Robert's Arm and Pat is from Stephenville. Terri's heritage dates back to the Beothuk Indians in St. Anthony, while Pat is a Status Aboriginal from the Qalipu First Nations Band. They are best friends who love to share their adventures with family and friends, from hiking, to boil ups and fishing, or just roasting a smokie over an open fire. They are natural entertainers and Pat loves to sing and play old country and folk music on his guitar and accordion while Terri shares her passions through online local photos and social media posts.
